Mastoris Diner has been a NJ tradition since it’s creation in 1927. This strong family business survived the depression, lived through the second World War, evolved through family changes and retirements, and rebuilt after a serious fire. The lunch wagon that was once staffed by family and only had a few stools has evolved into a major diner that serves anywhere from 1200 to 2800 people per day, staffed by a crew of 160 employees, plus family. Mastoris Diner also features a full bakery known for serving some of the finest breads, cakes, pastries, and cheesecakes in the state.
We have worked closely with Mastoris Diner to create laminated menus and take-out menus, ensuring their customers are able to enjoy their in-house dining experience while also giving them the ability to plan their next take-out or fast lunch in advance. Laminated menus are cost effective and allow restaurants to showcase their staple items in a high-quality, durable manner throughout the year.
